Delivery costs are covered by Osmond Saint (AOS Group) ACN 47790309552, ensuring free shipping for both our valued local and international customers.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Your products will be delivered to the address specified during the order process, according to the delivery option you selected. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to accommodate changes.

During peak sales periods, dispatch of your order may take 5-10 business days. The delivery times mentioned on our site or in this policy are estimates, based on information from our delivery partners.

Osmond Saint is not liable for any delivery delays caused by third parties. If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 days, please contact us at glow@osmondsaint.com.

Upon delivery to the provided address, the risk of the products passes to you. We strive to deliver accurately to the address you provide. However, we are not responsible for non-delivery or missed delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.

Orders within Australia are dispatched from our Adelaide Boutique.


In line with the Australian Consumer Law, all Osmond Saint products are considered final sale. Given the bespoke nature of our offerings, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, unless legally required.

We encourage trying our free samples before purchasing full-size products to ensure satisfaction, as we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues, you have the right to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to meet acceptable quality and the issue is not a major failure.

If you believe there has been a breach of a consumer guarantee, please return your unopened products to our warehouse at the address provided below. You will bear the return costs, but if your claim is valid under the Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse your return delivery costs. Depending on the issue, we will either send a replacement product or refund the purchase price.
